Led by Sara Zaldívar, this monthly conversation series brings together inspiring women from diverse fields to share their journeys, experiences and the lessons they have learned along the way.

Ana Aznar, PhD in Developmental Psychology, combines her academic expertise with her personal experience to help parents approach parenting with greater confidence and less guilt. A professor in Rome and founder of REC Parenting, she is also the author of Educar También Es Decir No, exploring how love and boundaries can help create a healthy family environment.
